Personal data processing notice

Clay Paky s.r.l., in accordance with Art. 13 of European Regulation 679/16 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter “RE 679/16” – also referred to as “GDPR”) and other applicable laws concerning the protection and security of personal data, informs you that the personal data collected or provided may be subject to processing in compliance with the aforementioned regulations.

Nature and Purpose of Processing

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

Collection of information for verification, document preparation, and organization
Contract execution and administrative management in case of course participation

The legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract/service to which the data subject is party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same.
Providing data is not mandatory; however, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to manage the service.

Processing Methods

The processing of data will be carried out lawfully and fairly, and in compliance with the aforementioned regulations, using appropriate tools to ensure security and confidentiality. It may also be performed using automated tools for storing, managing, and transmitting the data.

Processing will mainly be carried out by the company’s internal organization under the direction and control of the Data Controller and, for the purposes indicated above, also by third parties.

Data will be stored in operational Data Centers in Italy or in EU countries and will be retained in such a way as to allow identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is collected and processed. Data will be deleted one year after the license is no longer updated.

Without prejudice to communications made in compliance with legal, regulatory, or EU obligations, the communication (including simple consultation or availability) of your data may occur with the following parties:

natural or legal persons providing specific services
data processing, after-sales support, consultancy

Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to RE 679/16, Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, and 20, you are hereby informed that you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion, or restriction of its processing by contacting CLAY PAKY. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you deem it appropriate.
